Studist Inc. has adopted "immedio," an online business negotiation tool provided by immedio Inc., which has enabled the automation of 25% of after-hours customer leads into business negotiations and increased the negotiation conversion rate by 1.3 times.
The decision to introduce "immedio" stemmed from a need to accelerate the expansion of their customer base. Specifically, the company sought to reduce the workload on inside sales and refocus resources on new customer outreach by enabling online scheduling. "immedio" met these needs by automating scheduling and assigning the appropriate representatives to tasks.
Following its implementation, the conversion rate reached up to 55%, maintaining a steady 40% afterward. Additionally, the tool allowed for online scheduling with clients who were difficult to contact via phone, leading to 25% of after-hours leads being converted into business negotiations.
Tsukamoto, the Sales Manager at Studist, praised "immedio" for its automation features, which streamlined the negotiation process. He also highlighted the flexibility in notification customization and integration with Slack as particularly beneficial.
